You can find us at the Gidc Industrial Estate, specifically at unit 1232 near Deccan Gymkhana. It’s an interesting spot because we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops, but here we are focused on the management side of things at Trade Wings Institute Of Management. The office feels like a workspace, not a school, which I think helps the students see what real work looks like. We spend most of our days here organizing classes and talking to people who want to improve their skills. It's not always quiet because the industrial estate is a hive of activity, but we like the energy. The rooms are basic, just desks and chairs and some whiteboards for explaining things. We have a lot of coffee and tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. Sometimes the power flickers when the big machines next door start up, but we just get back to it. It is a practical place for people who want to learn how things actually run in the business world. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or complicated theories. We just teach what we know from being in the industry for years. The walk from the main road is a bit long, so most of us bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area. It’s a good group of people here and we enjoy the daily routine of helping others get ahead in their careers.
