Tolani Maritime Institute

This part of the Tolani Maritime Institute is located out in Pune 410 507. It is quite a distance from the city center, located in an area that feels much more like the countryside than a tech hub. We have a few different phone lines here, like 242192 for the office and 242352 for the residential side. You can tell we have been here a long time just by the way the buildings look and the way the trees have grown up around the campus. It is a busy place, but not in a frantic way. There is a lot of routine. We spend time answering calls, fixing things around the site, and making sure the administration stays on track. It is a bit of a trek for visitors, so we always tell them to call first. The staff here mostly lives nearby or on the grounds. It is a tight-knit group. We don't have any fancy corporate lounges. Our offices are full of papers, old maritime books, and people who know their jobs inside out. When the phones ring, it’s usually someone asking about admissions or someone from the maritime industry looking for information. We just handle it as it comes. The air is a bit cleaner out here than in Mumbai or central Pune, which is a nice bonus. It’s just a place for people who are serious about their work. We try to keep everything organized despite how busy it gets.
