Our office is located inside the Shivtara Apartments in the Warje area of Pune. We are specifically at S. No. 13/1, which is easy to find if you know the landmark. It's an apartment-style setup, so it feels more like a home than one of those cold, glass office buildings in the IT parks. Manoj and Avinash handle the main operations from here. It's mostly paperwork, checking maps, and coordinating projects from these few desks we have set up. We have a few computers and a lot of blue files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing and shouting in the hallway, so it’s not always perfectly quiet during the day. We drink a lot of ginger tea while we work through the project schedules. Being in Warje is convenient for us because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city, but still close enough to get where we need to go. We’ve been set up in this building for a bit now, and the security guards know us as the guys who are always working late on their laptops. We don’t have a big reception desk or a waiting room. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up from our chair and let you in. It’s a practical way to work without all the extra costs of a big commercial plaza. We just focus on getting the reports done and keeping our clients updated on the progress. It is a simple life.
