Raj Engineers Interior Designers

Viman Nagar is always busy, and our little spot at number 6 is no different. Being Raj Engineers Interior Designers means we spend half our time looking at samples and the other half out at sites. It’s a lot of walking around and measuring things. The office is usually covered in bits of fabric or wood chips. We’ve got these old desks that have seen better days, but they hold our drawings just fine. Sometimes the fans don't work right, so we just open the windows and listen to the planes from the airport. People come in asking about their kitchens or living rooms, and we try to figure out what fits. It’s not always easy because everyone has a different idea. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how the work is. We keep a big kettle for coffee because the mornings start early. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby, just a place where we get the planning done. We’ve been in this part of Viman Nagar for a bit now, so we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. When the sun hits the window in the afternoon, it gets pretty warm, but we just keep working through it. It’s simple work, really, just making sure the walls and floors look right.
