Tejaswi Industries

Tejaswi Industries is over in Tathawade at Nimbalkar Nagar. We are at S. No. 26/1 Arn- 4. If you know the area, it’s not too hard to find us. We have been working out of this unit for some time now. It’s mostly small parts and industrial components that we handle here. The shop floor is usually crowded with materials and machines, but we have a system that works for us. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us making sure everything gets made right. Some days are busier than others. When a big order comes in, we stay late to finish up. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, one of us just wipes our hands and comes to the door if someone stops by. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up, with more buildings going up everywhere. But we just keep doing our thing inside the shed. It is practical work. We deal with various metal jobs and small fabrication stuff. Nothing too fancy, just the basics. We like being part of the local industrial community here in Pune. It’s a bit noisy and there’s always something needing a repair, but we like the work. We just show up, do the job, and go home. There is always something to weld or grind, and that keeps us out of trouble.
