Tavsus Skills (Opc) Private Limited is run out of a flat in the Urban Rise complex in Pisoli. It’s Flat No. A-208. Being an OPC means it’s a small operation, mostly just me and a couple of part-time helpers when things get busy. The Haveli area is growing fast, and there are new buildings going up everywhere. Our office is basically a converted spare room. It has a desk, a computer, and a lot of shelving for training manuals. We focus on skill development, mostly for younger people looking for their first jobs. It’s not a corporate office with a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find me at the computer or on a call. Sometimes the dog barks when the delivery guy comes to the door. It’s a very casual environment. I started this because I saw a gap in how people were being taught basic work skills. It’s a lot of work running everything alone, from the accounts to the actual training content. The Urban Rise society is a nice place to work from. It's quiet during the day which helps me concentrate on the planning side of things. I don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by looking up training in the Pisoli area. It’s simple and it works for what I’m trying to do here every day.
