Tata Indicom Exclusive Store

Our Tata Indicom Exclusive Store is based in Erandwane, right in the Vithalwadi area. It’s a nice neighborhood and we have been operating here for a good while. Our shop is where people come when they need a new mobile connection or want to look at some of the latest phones available. It’s a simple, honest setup with a few display units and a service counter. We spend most of our time helping locals from Erandwane with their recharges and service questions. It’s a small space, so it feels quite personal when you walk in. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the business inside out. Vithalwadi is a busy spot and we get a fair amount of foot traffic throughout the day. We focus on providing a practical service without any unnecessary fuss. Sometimes we have to spend a lot of time on the phone with the main office to fix a customer's issue, but that’s just part of the work. The shop is our daily base and we’ve made it as comfortable as we can for the people who visit. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks; we just talk to people like neighbors. It’s a reliable little store where you can get your telecom stuff handled by real people. We have been part of the Erandwane community for years and plan to stay here at Vithalwadi for much longer.
