Tata Indicom Exclusive Store

This is our Tata Indicom Exclusive Store in Chinchwad. We are located at Plot No 206 inside the Lakshmi Nagar Complex, which is in Kanij Nagar. Our shop is a small, local business where we focus on mobile services and selling handsets. It’s tucked away in the complex, so it’s usually a bit quieter than being right on the main street. We have a few glass counters where we keep the phones and a desk where we handle all the billing and new connections. Most of our customers are from the Kanij Nagar area and we know many of them pretty well. We have been at Plot 206 for several years now. It’s a practical setup and we don’t spend much on decorations. We just want to make sure people can get their phone issues sorted quickly. Whether it’s a new SIM card or a problem with a bill, we spend our time checking things on the computer and talking to the support teams. It’s a regular job for us and we like being in Chinchwad. The Lakshmi Nagar Complex has other shops too, so there are always people moving about. We try to keep our shop clean and welcoming for anyone who needs help with their telecom service. It’s not a big team, just a couple of us working through the daily tasks. We are just a local store doing our thing.
