Tanmay Earthmovers

Tanmay Earthmovers is based over in Kharadi, specifically in the Thube Nagar area near Pathare. This part of Pune is always under construction, so you can imagine how much dust there is. We have our yard at No.43/1/2 where we keep the heavy machines. Most of our days are spent checking engines, cleaning off mud, and making sure the operators are ready to go. The traffic around Chandan Nagar is honestly a nightmare sometimes, so moving the big equipment from one site to another takes a lot of patience. We are just a regular bunch of people who know how to handle earthmoving gear. It’s a lot of loud noises and the smell of diesel every day. We don't have a polished corporate office. Our office is more like a small room with a desk covered in papers and keys. Sometimes things break at the worst possible time, and we have to stay late under the shop lights to get a machine running again for the next morning. It’s hard work and it can be pretty exhausting when the weather is humid. We usually grab some snacks from the local shops in Pathare during our breaks. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just providing machines for the local building projects. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now.
