Talentcorp Education & Training Foundation

We are located in the Soham Building at Ranjangaon Ganpati. The address is Milkat No 1802. It's a bit of a drive out here in the Shirur area, but we like it. Talentcorp Education & Training Foundation has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a practical setup. We have a few rooms dedicated to training sessions and an office area where we handle all the paperwork. Since we're in an industrial belt, a lot of the people who come to us are looking for specific job skills. We see a lot of faces every week. Some stay for a few days, others are here for months. The building is simple, nothing too fancy. We usually have the doors open to let the breeze in. It gets dusty because of the road nearby, but that’s just how it is in Ranjangaon. The staff here is small. We all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the whiteboards to answering the phones. We aren't a big city corporation with a hundred employees. It’s just a local foundation trying to provide some useful training to the people around here. Most of our work involves vocational stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to local businesses to see what they need. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we’re happy to be doing it. We just keep working away at the daily tasks.
