Ravi Company

Our place is located at Gat No. 258, specifically Plot No. 11 in Jyotiba Nagar. Talawade is a really busy industrial area, and we fit right in with the other workshops and small units around here. Ravi Company isn't a huge operation by any means. It’s just us doing our bit every single day. We have a decent amount of space on the plot to keep our supplies and the equipment we use. The floor is made of concrete and it’s usually covered in a bit of dust from the work, but that’s normal for a place like this. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just some calendars and a few handwritten notes pinned up so we don't forget things. We start early, usually before the traffic gets really bad in this part of Pune. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting things and making sure everything is lined up right before we finish. We don't use big words or have long speeches about what we do. We just do it. If a machine breaks down, we try to fix it ourselves and keep the line going. The neighbors are good people, mostly other small businesses like ours. We help each other out if someone needs a tool or a hand with something heavy. It's a quiet kind of life, even with all the industrial noise around us. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It is what it is.
