Our shop is in the Shwetabari Apartment, specifically Shop No. 4, right off Sinhagad Road. The official address is Sr. No. 120, A+B. We have been running Mahavir Agencies from this location for quite a long time now. We mainly handle different types of goods and supplies that the local stores and families in Pune need. Our day is mostly about making sure the shelves are not empty and that the orders get out to the people who are waiting for them. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a real pain sometimes, especially during the peak hours or when it rains, but we have learned to work around it. We are not a giant warehouse company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small, focused agency that understands how the local market works. My uncle was the one who started all of this and I have been here helping out since I finished my schooling. We know almost all our regular customers by their names. We don't try to be fancy or use polished language to sell things. We just provide the items that people are looking for at a price that is fair. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with all the boxes stacked up, but that is just how it goes when we are busy. We keep regular hours, though we often stay late if a big delivery truck is coming in. Being in a residential building like Shwetabari means we have to keep things quiet and orderly for the neighbors.
