Tal Manufacturing Solutions Ltd. - A TATA Enterprises

We are inside the Tata Motors Campus in Chinchwad. Our office is the Pdo Building. If you have ever been to this part of Chinchwad, you know how big the campus is. It feels like a small city on its own. Working at Tal Manufacturing Solutions Ltd. means we are surrounded by a lot of history and industrial activity. It is a Tata Enterprise, so there is always a lot going on around the gates. The building we are in is practical and sturdy. It's not one of those new glass towers you see in the city center. It’s a workspace for people who actually make things. We have a lot of engineers and staff coming in and out every day. The security gate at the campus is quite strict, so getting in takes a minute. Once you are inside, it’s all about the daily tasks. We spend our days looking at designs or talking about manufacturing processes. It is a bit loud sometimes with the factory nearby, but we are used to it. The canteen here is where everyone meets up for lunch. It's basic food but it fills you up and gives us a chance to talk. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. The walls are plain and the desks are full of papers and drawings. It is just how a real manufacturing office looks. We’ve been here for years. The area is always busy with trucks and workers. It’s a solid place to spend a workday.
