If you head down Law College Road in Erandwane, you’ll find us at the Swajas Swarajas building. We are Tacomi Training Solutions Private Limited. This part of Pune is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We do a lot of corporate training and technical workshops. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with people on laptops trying to learn a new skill. It gets pretty loud during the breaks when everyone is talking at once and grabbing tea. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us managing the schedules and making sure the trainers have what they need. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of biscuits, but we manage. Erandwane is a busy area, so parking is always a bit of a headache for people coming in. We tell them to come early or take a rickshaw. The office itself has big windows, which is nice when the weather is good. We’ve been here for a couple of years now and we've seen a lot of different groups come through. We just try to keep the sessions running on time and make sure everyone gets their certificates at the end. It's a lot of coordination to keep things on track, but we are used to it by now.
