Synergy Institute Of Management has its place in Kothrud, at number 172. Kothrud is a nice area in Pune with a lot of trees and plenty of traffic. We have been in this spot for a while. It is a simple building. Inside, it is mostly just desks and computers. We are not into big decorations or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and go home. The people around here are friendly. We see the same faces every morning at the gate. It is a management institute but it feels more like a local office. We do not have a massive campus. Just this space at Kothrud 172. Sometimes the internet is slow but we get through it. We handle a lot of paperwork. Our shelves are full of files that we probably need to sort out one day. We like the vibe of this neighborhood. It is not as chaotic as the main city center. We keep the place clean but it is definitely lived-in. You might see a stray cat near the entrance sometimes. We do not have a big marketing team. We are just a group of people working together in this building. If you are in Kothrud, you probably know the area. We have been part of the local scene here for a good amount of time. It is a straightforward setup for us at Synergy Institute.
