You can find us at S 1 in the T Block of the M.I.D.C. area in Bhosari. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of noise and trucks constantly moving around the corner. Symtronics is where we spend our time working on automation systems for industrial clients. It’s basically just us and a bunch of wires and controllers. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The workshop isn't always the tidiest place, but we know where everything is kept. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't want to cooperate. It’s frustrating sometimes, but that's just part of the deal when you're working with electronics. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to the people who need our help and try to get their machines running right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. There’s a tea stall around the corner where we usually take our breaks and talk about things other than work. It’s a simple setup we have here in Bhosari. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the automation panels we build actually do what they're supposed to do. It’s a lot of testing and re-testing until it finally works. The neighbors are mostly other workshops just like us, so it feels like a real community.
