Swasankalp Agro Product Processing

We have a small setup in Office No 611, A Wing at the Megacenter in Hadapsar. It’s a busy area with a lot going on. Unlike the farms out in the country, we are right here in the middle of things. We work on processing agro products. This means taking what comes from the farms and getting it cleaned or changed into something else that’s ready for the market. It’s a lot of logistics and keeping track of machines. The Megacenter is always crowded, so there’s a lot of noise and people moving around. We aren't a big corporation; it's just a small team trying to make this processing thing work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the equipment. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s not always pretty. We handle the stuff that farmers bring in. It’s a bridge between the field and the store, I guess you could say. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. We just need it to be functional. Our focus is on the actual work, making sure the products are handled right. It’s a steady grind. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we know the routine. Hadapsar is a good spot for us because of the transport links. There is always a truck coming or going, which keeps us on our toes every single day.
