Nutrimillet Research Lab Private Limited

Our place is located at 3/0163, Gadekarmala, along Prayagdham Road in Haveli. That’s in the Pune area. Nutrimillet Research Lab Private Limited is what we call ourselves. It sounds a bit formal but really it’s just a small lab where we spend our time looking at millets and other grains. The area around Gadekarmala is a bit quieter than the main part of Pune city, which is nice for the kind of work we do. We have some basic lab equipment and a lot of sample bags sitting on the shelves. It’s not a huge high-tech facility like you might see in the movies. It’s more of a practical space where we test things and see what works. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We spend a lot of time writing down notes and checking our measurements. It’s slow work sometimes. We started this because we were interested in how millets could be used better. Some days we are just cleaning the equipment or sorting through new deliveries of grain. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know what they are doing. We like being in Haveli. It feels like we are close enough to the city but still have enough space to breathe and do our research without too many distractions. It’s just a regular lab doing regular work on everyday food and keeping things simple.
