Sukhai Chicken Shop

It’s just us here at the shop in Aundh Revenue Colony, right near Spaysar College. We open up early most days because that is when the fresh stock comes in and there is a lot of cleaning to do before anyone shows up. The students from the college pass by all the time, some just looking and some stopping to ask about prices for their Sunday meals. We have been in this spot for a while now. It is a small space but it works for what we do. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because the road gets messy, but we keep the floor swept. We don't have fancy signs or anything. Just the counter and the scales. Most of our neighbors know us by name because we see them every single week when they come to pick up something for dinner. It gets really busy on weekends, especially Sunday mornings when everyone wants chicken at the same time. You can hear the noise from the main road but back here in the colony it’s a bit quieter. We just try to get the work done and go home. There is always a lot of washing up to do at the end of the day. The lights in the shop aren't the brightest but they stay on until we finish the last order. That is basically how it goes here every day of the week. No big story, just a local chicken shop doing its thing.
