Sudhir Mind And Deaddiction Clinic

This clinic is located on the third floor, specifically room 301, in The Greens building on North Main Road. Being in Koregaon Park in Pune, the surroundings are actually quite nice with some trees around, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour. We focus on mind health and helping people who are struggling with various addictions. It is a serious kind of work, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside the clinic calm. The office isn't overly decorated, just some chairs, a desk, and a few windows that look out toward the street. People come to us from all over Pune, not just this neighborhood. We see people who are having a hard time with their thoughts or who can't stop using substances they shouldn't. It takes a lot of patience to do this kind of work, and some days are definitely harder than others. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us trying to listen and give some guidance. The elevators in the building can be slow sometimes, which we hear about from patients now and then. We try to keep our schedule organized, but sometimes sessions run long when someone really needs to talk. It’s a small space, but we do what we can with it. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign for The Greens on the main road.
