Vasu Medicals & General Stores

Vasu Medicals & General Stores is a small place located in Karve Nagar at 19/1/88. It’s the kind of shop where we know a lot of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We sell everything from cough syrup and bandages to toothpaste and notebooks. The shelves are packed pretty tight, and sometimes it takes us a second to find exactly what someone is looking for. We aren't one of those massive pharmacy chains with bright neon signs and perfect aisles. It’s a bit more cluttered here, but we know where everything is. We spend our day answering questions about which soap is better or helping someone read a prescription. Karve Nagar is a nice neighborhood, and being here feels like being part of a community. We open early and stay open until fairly late because people always need things at odd hours. Sometimes we run out of something popular and have to wait for the delivery truck, which can be annoying for us and the customers. We just try to be helpful and honest. If we don’t have something, we’ll tell you where you might find it. It’s a simple way to run a shop. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the shelves stocked and help out the people who live nearby. It’s a lot of standing on our feet, but we like the chat.
