Success Institute

Success Institute is located on the 2nd Main Road, Magadi Main Road, in Kondhwa Khurd. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve got a couple of floors in the building where we run our classes. It’s not the most modern place you’ll ever see, but it’s got everything we need to teach. We have a few computers that are getting a bit old now, and plenty of desks that have seen better days. But they work for what we need. We spend our mornings getting ready for the students who arrive in the afternoon. It’s a lot of organizing schedules and making sure we have enough handouts for everyone. Kondhwa Khurd has changed a lot since we first moved in, but we’re still here at the same spot. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles. I’m just the guy who runs the place, and we have a few others who help with the teaching. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about how to help the kids pass their exams. It’s pretty straightforward. Some days the traffic on Magadi Main Road is so loud we have to shout a bit, but we’ve all got loud voices anyway. We just keep at it, day after day. It's dusty and noisy, but it's where we work. We’ve got some old posters on the wall that have been there since we started.
