Our office is at 89, Mahesh Society in Bibwewadi, Pune. We have been here for a long time. The business is called Student. It's a quiet residential area for the most part, which makes working here quite nice. We don't have a big corporate office with a lobby. It's more of a converted space that fits our needs. Pune 37 is a good part of town to be based in. We get our tea from the stall at the end of the road and everyone knows each other. Our day-to-day is mostly about keeping up with the work and making sure we don't fall behind. We don't have any polished slogans or marketing brochures to hand out. If you come by, you'll see we just have regular desks and a lot of filing cabinets. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we just wipe it down and keep going. We aren't trying to be the best at anything specific, we just do our job. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't follow any strict corporate rules. If someone needs a break, they take one. We just make sure the work gets done by the end of the day. It's a very human way of doing business, flaws and all, and we like it that way.
