Stonelan India Private Limited

Stonelan India Private Limited is situated out on Hinjewadi Road. We’re in the Xrbia complex, specifically in Flat B3/208. It’s out in the Talmaval area, which is a bit of a drive if you're coming from the main city, but it's where a lot of growth is happening. The office is inside a residential complex, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial building. We do all our stone business management from here. It’s a standard flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. There are desks squeezed in and a lot of files about different stone projects stacked on shelves. The view from the window is mostly of the other buildings in the complex. Hinjewadi Road is always busy with people going to work, so there's a lot of energy around. We chose this spot because it's close to where a lot of new projects are being built. It’s just a regular place where we get our work done every day. We don't have a big staff, so it’s usually just a few of us. We manage the logistics and the stone supply chains from this room. It’s functional and practical. We don't worry much about the decor as long as we have enough space to work. It’s a good base for us to handle the needs of the stone industry in this part of the state. It's nothing special to look at, but it gets the job done.
