Steps Academy

You’ll find us at Pride Residency in shops number 4 and 5. This is in the Nigdi-Pimpri Chinchwad part of Pune. To get here, you just look for Bombay Hardware across the way. We are actually tucked right behind Pradeep Sweets, and Megavision Scan is nearby too. It’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know the landmarks, but once you see the sweet shop, you’re basically there. Our space consists of two shop units that we’ve joined together for the academy. It’s a practical setup. We have rows of desks and some chairs for parents who come to talk to us. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop anyone from learning. We spend a lot of time here, often from early morning until late in the evening when the last batch leaves. The area is always moving, so there’s a bit of a buzz outside. We don’t do any fancy marketing or have a big sales team. It’s just us answering the phone and teaching the kids. We have some old shelves filled with reference books that anyone can use. The flooring is just basic tile, and we try to keep it clean despite the dust from the road. It’s just a local spot where we get the work done. Nothing more and nothing less.
