Spicer College Store

Spicer College Store is right on M G Road in the Camp area of Pune. If you have ever been to Number 7, you know how busy this street can get. We are right in the thick of it. The store isn't very big, but we try to keep it packed with everything a student might need. We have been here a long time. It’s a regular shop where people come in for pens, notebooks, and other small things. The shelves are a bit crowded and it can be hard to find things if you don't know where to look. We are usually behind the counter helping people out. It gets really dusty because of the traffic outside on M G Road, so we are always wiping down the glass. We don't have any fancy displays or neon signs. It’s just a straightforward college store. Most of our customers are from the nearby college or people just passing through the Camp area. We know when the exams are coming because the shop gets twice as busy with people buying last-minute supplies. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble parking out front, so we have to carry boxes in ourselves. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We aren't trying to be a big supermarket. We just want to make sure the students can get what they need without having to travel too far.
