Spav Engineering

Spav Engineering is located at 77/1 Chinchwad Shiv Vallabh Road. We are based in the Ashokvan Parshuram Apartment. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Indira JSPM College. It is a busy little pocket of the area. We work out of this apartment space because it suits what we do. It’s not like those giant glass buildings you see in the tech parks. It feels a bit more like a home that turned into an office. We spend our time here dealing with engineering tasks and looking over drawings or schedules. The area has a lot of students around because of the college, so there is always a bit of life on the streets. We usually start the day early before the traffic on Shiv Vallabh Road gets too bad. The office is full of the usual things like computers, printers, and stacks of papers. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some mugs. It’s a quiet enough place to focus, though you can hear the birds and the occasional motorbike outside. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a simple setup for a team that just wants to get the engineering work done right without any extra drama or complicated corporate rules. We often leave the windows open for a breeze even if it's a bit noisy.
