We operate out of Flat 302 in Unity Park, which is in the Kondwa area of Pune. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office at all. We’ve turned the rooms into a workspace for our ceramics business. It’s actually nice being in a flat; we have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and the atmosphere stays pretty relaxed. Kondwa is a busy part of town, so there’s always plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. We have samples of tiles tucked into corners and boxes of files in the spare room. It might seem a bit cramped to some, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we’re moving stuff around. Working here feels more personal. We sit around the main table to discuss the weekly targets and look over the inventory lists. Pune weather is usually decent, so we leave the windows open most of the time. It’s not a flashy setup with glass walls, just a regular home that we’ve repurposed for our needs. We’ve found that being in a quiet park like Unity helps us focus more than being in a loud commercial hub. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we don't mind the quiet. We’ve been here a while and it suits our way of working perfectly.
