Softhard Automation Pvt. Ltd. operates out of a building called "Indu" in the Chittavihari Society. It’s at number 19, and we are right next to the Dhankawadi Telephone Exchange. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than being in a main market or an industrial estate. We’ve been in the Dhankawadi area for quite a while. The building isn't a modern office tower; it feels more like a converted house or a small apartment block. We have our desks set up in different rooms. It can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Having the Telephone Exchange next door is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sign out front. It’s just "Indu" with our name on a small board. The staff usually brings lunch from home, and we eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very local, down-to-earth vibe. We don't worry too much about corporate appearances. As long as the computers are working and the electricity stays on, we are happy. It’s a decent place to work, tucked away in a society where you know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers by sight. It feels more like a community than just a commercial zone.
