Sling Press

We are located at 8 Shivaji Nagar on K B A Road. If you are near the Sancheti Hospital, you are pretty much there. Our place is in the Tupe Residency building. Sling Press has been around this neighborhood for a bit now. It is a small setup, nothing like those huge factories you see in the movies. We mostly handle printing jobs and getting things ready for people who need stuff published. The street outside is always packed because of the hospital, so there is a lot of noise from the horns and the ambulances. Inside, it is a bit quieter, except for when the machines are running. We have a lot of stacks of paper and ink bottles sitting around. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when we have a big order due. We are just a small group of people who enjoy the process of seeing something go from a digital file to a physical piece of paper. We don't have fancy titles or corporate meetings. We just sit down, look at the work, and get it done. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which is just part of living in this area. We know the tea stall guy down the road really well. It is just a normal, hardworking shop where we try to do right by the people who walk through our door every day.
