If you know Balaji Nagar, you know how busy Havatsar BPO Road can get. Our clinic is right in the middle of all that Pune hustle. It’s a lively spot to work in, with all the office folks and students constantly moving around. We spend a lot of our morning setting up and making sure the towels are fresh and the rooms are ready for whoever shows up. The clinic isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We’ve got a view of the street, so we see the traffic jams during rush hour. It can get pretty noisy with the horns, but inside we try to keep it a bit more relaxed. We see a lot of young professionals who work at the nearby BPOs. They usually come in with skin problems from the pollution or the long hours they pull. We don't have any corporate protocols here; it’s just a few of us trying to do a good job. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the coffee machine in the corner is a bit temperamental, but it works. People from all over Malwalbi and the rest of Pune end up stopping by. We handle everything from itchy skin to more specific stuff. It’s a busy life, and we’re just one small part of this neighborhood. We don’t try to be anything we’re not, just a local skin clinic where you can get your concerns looked at.
