Skillster Employability Solutions Llp

Skillster Employability Solutions Llp is based out of the Army Welfare Co Op Housing Society on Salunke Vihar Road. We are in Flat E4/13. It's a nice area, quite green compared to the rest of Pune. We’ve been here for a while now, just working on ways to help people get jobs and stay employed. This isn't some high-rise office block. It's a proper residential society, so we try to keep things low-key so we don't bother the neighbors. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking on the phone. Sometimes the traffic on Salunke Vihar Road is a bit much, but once you’re inside the society, it’s peaceful enough. We aren't a huge team. It's just a couple of us who know about the job market. We figured if we set up here, we could keep our costs down and just focus on the work itself. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes fancy lattes. We just have a kettle and some packets of biscuits. Most of the people around here are retired army folks or families, so it's a disciplined kind of place. We like it that way. We just show up, do the tasks for the day, and head home. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward goal. No big speeches, just steady work from a flat in Pune. We are just trying to make sense of the employment world.
