Sinhgad College Of Science

We are located at 505, Kamali Prasad on Alandi Road. This is in the Kalas area, which is part of Pune 15. The building itself is called Kamali Prasad, and we occupy a good part of it at S. No. 89. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character. We do all our science classes and lab work here. It’s not a flashy new tech park or anything like that. It’s just a regular college building where students come to study biology, chemistry, and physics. We have some labs that are always smelling a bit like chemicals, and the classrooms have those old wooden desks that have been around for years. We’ve been in this part of Pune for quite a while, so we are used to the rhythm of Alandi Road. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside, but once you’re inside the labs, it’s easier to focus. We aren't a corporate institution with a lot of polished rules. We are just a group of teachers and students trying to get through the syllabus. We don't have a fancy cafeteria, just a small spot where people grab a quick bite. It feels like a real community because we are all squeezed into this one building. We just focus on the experiments and making sure the students actually learn something they can use later on in their careers.
