Sindhuchaya Gyaan Prashikshan (Opc) Private Limited is based in Flat No. 720 in the Gemini River Front building, which is over in Aundh. The location is right behind Spicer, so it’s fairly easy to explain to people who are trying to find us. Being in a flat means it’s a small, private setup. We’ve turned the space into a working area for our training business. It’s got a good view of the area since we are up on the seventh floor. We have a couple of tables and chairs, and of course, the computers we use for the training work. It’s quiet, which is helpful when you’re trying to focus. The building is S.No. 11/4A, if you are looking at the maps. It’s a residential-commercial mix, so it feels quite safe and lived-in. We don't have any big signs outside, just the number on the door. It’s a one-person operation mostly, so the flat is plenty of space. Sometimes the lift takes a minute, but that’s just how it is here. We spend a lot of time preparing materials and doing the actual training sessions. It’s a simple, honest space. There’s a kitchen corner where we make tea and a small balcony. We didn't want a big corporate office because this fits us much better. It’s just a regular flat where learning happens. Nothing more, nothing less.
