This is Silverbright Pvt Ltd, based over here in Bhosri. We’ve been operating out of Chinchwade Nagar on Walhekar Road for quite some time now. If you know Chichwadgaon in Pune, you know it’s a busy area with a lot of traffic and people moving around. We are tucked away in a spot that isn't too hard to find if you know the landmarks. The morning commute is usually the worst part of the day. Inside the shop, things are mostly organized, though some days are messier than others depending on what orders we have going. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s mostly just a handful of us making sure things ship out when they’re supposed to. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings coming up and old shops closing down. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't spend much on decorating the front office or anything because that's not where the real work happens. Most of our time is spent in the back. We use simple tools and follow the same routine we’ve had since the start. It works for us. If someone stops by, they’ll see we’re just regular folks working hard. No big speeches or fancy logos needed here.
