Indian Smelting & Refining Company Ltd

Indian Smelting & Refining Company Ltd is located over in Pune, specifically at Jagdishnagar Society. We are in Building D3, right there in Flat No. 1. It’s a bit different than being in a big glass office tower since we are part of a housing society. It makes the whole work environment feel a bit more quiet and settled. Most of us who work here are used to the neighborhood vibe of the 411007 area. We see the same people walking their dogs or heading out for groceries while we are coming into the office. Being on the ground floor, or Flat No. 1, makes it easy for deliveries and visitors to find us without wandering around too much. Pune has its own pace, and Jagdishnagar reflects that. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for our daily tasks. There isn’t any corporate art on the walls, just the stuff we need to do our jobs. Sometimes it gets a little noisy when there is a festival in the society, but mostly it’s just the sound of keyboards and the occasional ceiling fan. We like being in this part of Maharashtra. It feels real, like we are part of the actual community instead of tucked away in some industrial park. We just show up, do the work for the company, and go home like everyone else in the building.
