Shubham International School

Shubham International School is situated in Wada, which is part of the Palghar district. The area has changed a lot over the years with all the factories and new buildings going up, but our spot remains pretty much the same as it was. The pin code here is 421303. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here if you’re coming from the bigger cities, but for the local kids, it’s right where they need to be. The school building isn't anything too elaborate or architectural. It’s just a functional space where we spend our days. We have students coming in from different parts of Wada and the nearby hills. During the monsoon, the whole area gets very green and beautiful, but the roads can get a bit messy with the mud and rain. We don't really have a lot of corporate polish or big mission statements printed on the walls. It’s just a school where we try to keep things organized. The staff mostly lives around Palghar, so we’re all familiar with the local problems like the power cuts or the bus schedules. We just take it day by day. In the afternoons, the playground is quite noisy, which is typical for any school with kids. We aren't trying to be the most famous place around; we just want to be a reliable school for the families who live in this part of Palghar. It's just a regular, everyday place.
