Our place is at House No.232 over on Cod Depo Road. It is in the Kalokhe Mala area, which is pretty close to Dehugaon in Pune. It is an interesting mix of work because we handle both steel and agro stuff. Most days it feels like a bit of a juggle. One minute you are talking to someone about metal prices and the next it is all about crop cycles. The road out front gets quite dusty with all the big trucks passing by all day long. We have been here for a while now and the local people know what we do. It is a working-class area and we fit right in. We do not have a big reception desk or anyone to greet you when you walk in. You usually just have to find one of us in the back or wait for someone to get off the phone. We just do what needs doing that day. If there is steel that needs moving, we get it moved. If there is agro business to settle, we sit down and settle it. It is not a polished operation, just a regular local business. Pune is growing fast, but this part of Dehugaon still feels like its own little town. We like it that way. The office is really just a room in the house. We do not spend much on making it look pretty. It is about the work.
