Shree Bherunath Marbles

Our yard is located at Survey No. 261/1 along Marunji Road in Hinjewadi. It is a pretty busy area these days. We are right in front of Gurukrupa Hospital and near B.K. Furniture at Laxmi Chowk. Most people use those as landmarks to find us. We have a lot of marble and stone sitting out, so you can’t really miss it when you drive by. Hinjewadi has grown so much lately, and we’ve been here watching it happen. We get a lot of workers and contractors stopping by because of all the new buildings going up nearby. The dust from the road and the nearby construction usually covers everything, so we spend a lot of time splashing water on the slabs so people can actually see the colors. It is just me and a couple of guys working the yard most days. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning, we’re usually just outside or under the tin roof. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving pieces around and loading up the trolleys. We try to keep things simple and just show people what we have available. No big sales pitches or anything like that. If someone likes a piece of marble, we figure out how to get it to them. That is how we have always done things here at Shree Bherunath Marbles. We are just local people working hard to provide for our families in this growing part of town.
