Shraddha Hospital

Shraddha Hospital is on the first floor of the L P Classic building. We are right on the Pune Solapur Road, directly across from the Vaibhav Theatre in Hadapsar. It’s a very busy area because of the theater and the main highway. You can always hear the cars and buses rushing by outside. Being on the first floor makes it a bit easier for people to get to us, though the stairs can be a climb if the lift is acting up. We handle general hospital work here. We have beds for patients who need to stay over and a small area for minor surgeries or checkups. The tiles on the floor are white and we try to keep them clean, even with all the feet walking through. The waiting area has a television that is usually turned to the news, but nobody really watches it. It’s a practical medical facility. We don't have fancy art or expensive furniture. We have doctors and nurses who are busy checking charts and giving out medicine. Most of our patients are locals from Hadapsar or people traveling along the Solapur road. It gets crowded in the evenings when the theater has a big show and the traffic gets stuck. We just keep our heads down and focus on the patients in the wards. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do here every single day.
