Shashwat Health Services Pvt. Ltd. is based out of building number 22 in Happy Colony. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which makes it a nice, peaceful place to work compared to the noisy main roads. We’ve been here at this spot for some years, and the neighbors all know our faces by now. Usually, our day starts early with checking the schedules and making sure everyone knows where they’re supposed to be for the day's visits. Since we are tucked away in a colony, parking can sometimes be a bit tight if we have too many visitors or staff arriving at once. We handle a lot of the backend work for health checkups and medical support from this office. It’s basically just a few rooms with desks and some metal filing cabinets full of folders and patient notes. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the paperwork and talk to patients on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon heat, so we just open the windows to catch a breeze and keep working. It feels more like a home than a big corporate building, which I think people actually appreciate when they stop by. We don't have a big neon sign or anything, just the address on the gate. The staff here has stayed the same for a long time, so we all know how things work. It’s steady work, and we stay busy enough without needing to make a lot of noise.
