Our place is in Ramwadi, located at Flat No. 11 in Shraddha Park. Sharasa Culture And Skill Development Ll P is a small outfit that we run right from this apartment. P Wadi is a familiar area to us, and we like being tucked away in a residential complex like Shraddha Park. It is a lot quieter than being right on a main road, which helps when we are trying to focus on cultural projects or skill sessions. The flat isn't very big, but we have made it work by being organized. We have some basic furniture and plenty of books and supplies scattered around. We don't have a big sign outside, so most people just look for Flat 11 when they arrive. We spend our time planning different activities and meeting with people who want to learn something new. It is a very hands-on type of business. There is no corporate office feel here at all. It just feels like a workplace where things actually get made or taught. We deal with the usual issues of running a small place, like keeping it clean and making sure the electricity bill is paid. It’s honest work and we enjoy the local vibe of Ramwadi. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a good job in our own space. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
