You can find Shah Tools & Hardware at 100, Ramali in Shirur. We are located right near the Ram Mandir, which is a very easy landmark for everyone in the area. Our shop is filled with all kinds of tools and bits of hardware that people use for their daily work. It’s a practical place with concrete floors and metal shelves. We spend our time helping folks find the right wrench or the correct type of screw for whatever they are fixing at home. The bell on the door rings quite a bit throughout the day. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow around the temple. It gets busy during the festivals, but otherwise, it is a steady flow of customers. We keep a lot of items in small drawers that we have to label ourselves. Sometimes we lose the pen and have to search for it under a pile of catalogs. It isn't a perfect system but it works for us. We like being part of the Shirur community and seeing the same people come back year after year. If we don't have something, we try to see if we can get it in the next delivery or we tell them where else to look. It is just a basic hardware shop doing what it can to help the locals with their repairs and projects.
