Our association is called Self-Worth Women Udyami Food & Agro Food Products Association. We are based in Sangavi, specifically at Pawar Nagar, Galli No 2. The exact spot is S No 82 A, H No 338/24. It’s a local setup where a group of us women decided to get into the food and agro products business. We wanted to do something for ourselves and use our skills. It’s not a corporate office; it’s more like a community space where we work together. We spend our time making and packing different food items. It’s busy and often a bit noisy with everyone talking and working. We aren't experts in marketing, we just know how to make good food products. Being in Sangavi, we are close to the people we serve. We don’t use big machines for everything, a lot of it is done by hand. It’s about building something we can be proud of. We handle the daily chores, the sourcing of ingredients, and the packaging. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we always figure it out. It’s a real grassroots effort. We chose the name because it means something to us. Every day we come in, do the work, and try to grow a little bit. It’s just us, working hard in Pawar Nagar to make things work. We don't have a big mission statement, we just want to produce quality stuff. We keep at it every day, making sure our products are ready for the local market.
