Sayyad Chicken Center

Sayyad Chicken Center is located over at Pimpri 1. If you know the area, it’s not too hard to find us. It’s a busy little corner most days. We get started early in the morning, getting everything set up for the day’s customers. The shop is pretty basic, just the counters and the equipment we need to do the work. It’s mostly just a lot of chopping and cleaning throughout the day. We see a lot of the same faces every week, people from the neighborhood who’ve been coming to us for a long time. It gets pretty loud sometimes with all the noise from the street and the work going on inside. We don’t have much room for sitting around, so it’s usually in and out for most people. During the holidays or on Sundays, it gets really crowded and we have to work twice as fast. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything. We just open the doors and get to work. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, either too hot or raining right into the front of the shop, but we stay open regardless. Pimpri 1 is a lively place to be, and we’ve become a small part of the routine here. We just try to do an honest day’s work and make sure everyone gets what they need without too much fuss. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy.
