The clinic is tucked away in Shyamala Apartment right on Senapati Bapat Road. If you know Pune, you know how busy this road gets, especially during the rush hours. We've been here for a good while now, just handling the usual ear, nose, and throat problems that people bring in. It's not a fancy place with marble floors or anything like that. Just a regular doctor’s office where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded because, well, people don’t always show up on time for their appointments and then three people arrive at once. That's just how it goes here. My desk is usually covered in papers and files because we still do a lot of things by hand instead of using tablets for everything. The apartment building itself is older, so it has that lived-in feel to it. Most of our patients are folks from around the neighborhood who have been coming to see us for years. They come in with hay fever, sinus issues, or maybe their kids have a persistent earache from swimming. We just do our job and send them on their way with whatever they need. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much on advertising or big signs. People just find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby on Senapati Bapat Road and saw the nameplate. It's a quiet enough spot once you actually get inside and away from the traffic.
