Santushta Skill Foundation

We operate out of Shop No-7 at Kunal Riverside. It’s located at CTS No-1814 in the 411057 area of Pune. The shop is on the ground level, so it’s easy for people to just walk in when they need something. We focus on skills and training here, mostly helping people learn things they can use to find work. It’s not a glamorous setup, just some chairs, tables, and a few computers. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us around. The Riverside area is okay, though it gets a bit crowded during the evening rush. We keep the foundation running with just a small team. Everyone does a bit of everything, whether it's answering the phone or cleaning the floors. We don't have a lot of money for fancy decorations, so the walls are pretty bare except for some notices. It’s a practical space. People come here to learn, and we do what we can to help them out. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic when we have a full class, and the air conditioning doesn't always keep up with the heat. But we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest foundation out there. We just want to keep the doors open and stay busy. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied throughout the week. If you’re near Kunal Riverside, you’ll probably see our sign out front.
