Sanjeevani Clinic

This clinic is tucked into Sanas Plaza on Bajirao Road, right near Atre Sabhagruh. If you know Pune, you know how busy Bajirao Road gets with all the scooters and the noise. Being in Shukrawar Peth means we see all sorts of people walking in from the street. The plaza itself is an older building, so we’ve got that classic feel with the narrow hallways and the stone stairs. Inside the clinic, it’s a bit tight on space, but we make it work. We have a small desk where we take down names, and there’s usually a stack of old magazines on the side table that nobody really reads anymore. The walls are painted an off-white color that looks a bit yellowish under the tube lights. We do the basic checkups and see people for fever, coughs, or just their regular medicine refills. It’s the kind of place where you hear the traffic outside the whole time you’re being seen. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure the place opens on time and the floor is swept. Sometimes the tea seller from downstairs brings up a few cups for us when we’re having a long afternoon. It’s not a corporate medical center, just a small clinic in a busy part of Pune where we know the neighbors and try to keep everyone on their feet. There’s a constant hum of the city right outside our door.
