Sam Enterprise

We are based at Shop/No-21 in Patel Plaza, which is right by Mitra Mandal Chowk and near Sagar Garden. Sam Enterprise is basically a trading shop where we buy and sell a variety of goods depending on what's in demand. The plaza is a busy place and there’s always someone stopping by to ask about prices. Our shop is packed with boxes and it can be hard to move around sometimes if we just got a big delivery. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the quality of the items that come in. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps the bills paid. We’ve had this spot for a few years now and we like being near the chowk because everything is close by. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for the delivery vans to pull up, so we end up carrying boxes quite a distance. My brother and I run the place and we don't always agree on how to stack the shelves, but we get by. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just deal with people face-to-face. It’s a more personal way of doing business and we’ve made some good friends in the plaza. We keep the shop open until late most nights just in case someone needs something last minute. It's just a regular local shop doing its thing.
