Saiprasad Dalbhanjan

Saiprasad Dalbhanjan is located over by the Navaratna Hotel in Building Number 47/7 of Bhaskar Society. We are right on the Gujarat Bottling Road near the big Pune Satara Road intersection. Being in Swargate means there is always something going on outside our door. The area is filled with people walking to the bus stand or heading to work. Our daily routine is very straightforward. We open up the shop, sweep the front step, and get ready for whoever walks in. Since we are based in a residential society building, we see a lot of the same neighbors every single day. We are not a big company with a marketing department or anything like that. It is just a local spot where we handle our business quietly. The space inside is filled with our stock and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a new delivery arrives and we have to stack things up high. We do not use any complicated systems for our work. We just write things down in a big ledger and keep track of who owes what. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud but that is just part of living and working in this part of Pune. We have been here long enough that people just know us by name. It is a simple way to earn a living and we appreciate the people who stop by to talk while they do their business.
